Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after your purchase, followed by shipping updates once your order is on its way.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the continental United States.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by product and location, but most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, with few taking 5–10 business days at most.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all of our products.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Are your products easy to assemble?
Most of our furniture includes detailed instructions and all necessary hardware. Assembly requirements are listed on each product page.
Are your furniture dimensions accurate?
Yes. Product dimensions are provided by our manufacturers. We recommend measuring your space before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit.
Do your desks and chairs have weight limits?
Yes. Weight capacities vary by product and are listed within each product description and specifications.
Are colors exactly the same as shown?
We do our best to accurately represent product colors. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting.
Do faux plants require any maintenance?
Our faux plants require very little maintenance. Simply dust them occasionally to keep them looking fresh year-round.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Most items (excluding clearance items) are covered by our 30-Day Right of Return. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets our return requirements.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
What happens after the 30-day return period?
Once the 30-day return period has ended, we may only be able to assist with issues covered under the manufacturer's warranty unless you purchased our optional 3-Year Furniture Protection Plan, which provides additional coverage after the return period.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping responsibilities vary depending on the reason for the return. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll work with you to make it right. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
Furniture Protection Plan
Do you offer extended protection for furniture?
When adding an eligible furniture item to your cart, you have the option to include a 3-Year Furniture Protection Plan covered by Asurion. If this protection is available for the selected pieces, it will be an option to select before adding the item to checkout.
When does the Protection Plan begin?
Coverage begins after our 30-day return period ends and continues according to the terms of the Asurion Protection Plan.
What does the Protection Plan cover?
The plan may cover many everyday accidents and eligible furniture issues, including:
- Accidental stains from a single incident
- Small rips and tears
- Seam separation
- Structural failures
- Broken frames, legs, hinges, and moving parts
- Certain chips and dents
Coverage is subject to the Asurion Protection Plan's terms, conditions, and exclusions.
What isn't covered?
Some exclusions include pet stains, scratches, misuse, intentional damage, commercial use, damage from moving furniture, and certain other situations. Please review the complete Protection Plan for full details before purchasing.
How do I file a Protection Plan claim?
Claims are handled directly through Asurion. Complete claim instructions are included with your Protection Plan purchase.
